The truth is you will really not see serious change until you start lifting weights. It leads to the tearing of your muscle fibers but also the rebuilding of them. You will comeback a little stronger each time you do a session.
There are a variety of exercises to choose from. You just really need about 5 or 6 compound exercises. These will allow you t o hit several muscle groups at one time. You should also add in push-ups and crunches. You will want to 20 repetitions per set with these particular routines.
