While one of my heroes recommended using supplements, the second one recommended a completely natural way to eat. Folks, I would like you to get this straight - weight loss isn't the same as fat loss. Weight loss includes your bones, muscles, organs and lots of water. Once you go on nearly any diet (especially a low calorie one) and an exercise program, you'll lose weight but now you ask, - where did that weight come from? It is really an important question because ensure lose muscle mass.
