Description
Do all of your own cooking. This way you are controlling what goes in your food and know exactly what is in it. When you control what goes into your food you can be certain you aren't getting ingredients you'd rather not have. Even foods that claim to be all natural may have ingredients you'd rather not eat. The other side of the equation is that you can make sure you're getting plenty of the foods you'd like to eat and enjoy. It's easy to learn to cook and the more you practice the better you will become. Before long you might even come to enjoy it!
There are all sorts of ways to stay healthy. They do not all involve running miles on end or eating nothing but raw veggies. Making smart health decisions and taking time to care for yourself is a good start. Start with a good diet. Get on your feet and do a little moving each day. Make an effort to care for yourself. You'll only feel better and better after you do.
