unable to load program on iphone

Hello,
I just purchased and sync'd onto my iphone.
But when I try to access the program it just states loading then will not open the program and reverts to icon?

You mean that it displays the "loading" screen and then goes back to the Springboard (the app launcher with all the icons) ?

What model iphone is this ?

Since you just purchased, I'm guessing you didn't have a older version installed, and it's never actually been run on your phone right ?

I'd recommend deleting the app again (hold down the button on the iphone until all the apps start jittering and display a little X on the upper left corner, then press the X that's over the Baltic icon, that'll delete it).

Now reinstall it via the App store - don't worry, you won't be paying again even if it looks like it, right before it downloads, it'll notify you and say you've already bought this so it's "free" now.
